Use the Distribution Hub in any room to easily connect any speakers to your whole-home audio system, without a messy tangle of speaker wire! The rear of the plate features the security and convenience of screw-down connectors for a fast and clean install.
Also available in ivory.
Connectors on back of plate accept up to 14-gauge wire. Overall depth of hub is 1 inch. The dimensions of the back of the 8253W are 3 ½" x 2 ½" x 1".

Old Work Brackets are designed specifically for the installation of low-voltage devices such as a cable television, data communication or telephone jacks in an existing wall.
