Essential Info
Don't just watch a movie: experience it! Just mount this tactile transducer under the wood floor beneath your seating area, and it will literally shake the floor during explosive low-frequency viewing moments to add an incredible sense of realism to your movie-watching experience. Unlike other products that only add vague bass vibrations, the Clark Platinum Transducer produces vibrations over the full range of frequencies, adding a tactile experience to not only movies, but music and video games as well, without the use of a subwoofer.

When attached to a resonant surface, the Clark Platinum Transducer supplements ordinary speakers and subwoofers, effectively increasing the proportion of sound you hear and feel. If you do not have a wood floor or do not have access beneath the floor, instructions are given on how to build a raised wood platform. The other alternative is to install the units in the frame of your seat.
To get the most out of a transducer it is recommended that it be connected to its own dedicated amplifier of at least 100 watts. The amp should have its own volume control so you can tune the effect relative to the audio level. The hi-fi quality of the amp is not critical, so relatively inexpensive amps can be used. RCA-type audio cables and speaker cable are also required and sold separately.
The Clark Platinum Transducer has double the output of the Gold Clark Synthesis Tactile Sound Transducer. This is accomplished by increasing the quantity of the Neodymium material and specialized components. The transducer uses a huge 20 oz. neodymium magnet structure to produce a whopping 6.9 pounds of force per watt. At the input limit of 135 watts RMS, each transducer is capable of exerting over 932 pounds of force on the bottom of your floor. With this impressive output, the device will work in floors, risers, and many types of seating. The tactile transducer is actually a full-range 20Hz-17kHz driver that can also be installed on spas and swimming pools to provide sound that can be heard underwater. Multiple units can be added for larger rooms.
