Essential Info
If you use the Powermid system to use your existing IR remote to send commands through walls and floors, you can expand your system to control additional components in another room or cabinet with this extra receiver. Plug the Powermid Extra Receiver into any standard 120-volt outlet, and it will transmit your IR commands to your home theater components, even if your Powermid transmitter is 100 feet away on another floor of your home.

Additional Expansion Components AvailableIf your equipment is in a closed cabinet, an optional miniature extension IR emitter that plugs into the back of the receiver can be wired into the cabinet to change the channels from another room. An additional Powermid transmitter is also available.
