Essential Info
If you prefer to maintain your electronic components in cabinets or an entertainment center, you can still use your standard IR remotes to control them. This 10-pack of Stick-On IR Emitters lets you "hardwire" IR control to your audiovisual gear, providing a connection to the exposed connecting block (sold separately) and your hidden components by connecting directly to the A/V devices you need controlled.

These tiny emitters have self-adhesive pads that allow them to be stuck directly to the IR sensor window of your audio/video equipment. This configuration gives you the highest level of signal transmission accuracy. The emitters also continue to allow external IR signals through, so you can still use your remote by pointing it at your audio/visual component directly.
The mini stick-on emitters include a 7-foot cable between the emitter head and the mini-plug. The size and shape of the emitters may vary slightly from the one pictured here, but they will include the features above.
The Stick-On IR Emitters produce an invisible IR light when operating. Emitters are also available that emit a visible IR blink, so you'll know they're working. Dual-head emitters are also available, to connect two components to a single connecting block.
The Stick-On IR Emitters are also available in a 20-pack, a 50-pack, and individually.
