Essential Info
To take advantage of today's High Definition (HD) video and audio signals, the proper connections between your HD source and your HD monitor or HDTV is required. HDMI cables provide the best connection available today for the optimal audio and visual experience. The only problem is that most HDTVs weren't built to accommodate multiple HDMI connections. There are so many sources available to connect to such as cable and satellite receivers, XBox 360s, Playstation 3s, Blu-ray players, computers and audio/video receivers. If you have more HDMI devices than you have available inputs on your LCD, DLP or plasma screen HDTV, the Three Input, One Output HD Video Switcher will fix the problem. The switch has a compact design that will allow you to connect three HDMI source components to one HDMI port on your HDTV. Using the included infrared (IR) remote control, you can switch between components; LED indicator lights even let you know which component is active. This switch is a digital device that supports all HDCP compliant components and maintains the highest HDMI resolution (from 480i to 1080p).

Remote Control Code Conflicts
There are matching pairs of dip switches underneath the Switcher unit and under the remote battery cover. Switch 1 & 2 on the Remote and Switch 1 & 2 underneath the unit are the matching switches. These switches need to be matched for the remote to communicate with the switcher. There are four possible sets of IR codes and at least one of these sets should be able to resolve any IR conflicts with other home theater devices.
