The Xantech 1-Source, 4-Zone HD Video Distribution Amplifier has one high-definition (HD) HDMI input, and provides pristine HD video and multi-channel audio distribution output of that signal to up to four HD monitors via four HDMI outputs. This distribution amplifier takes an HDMI source signal and acts as a splitter, sending that signal to each of four zones with absolutely zero signal loss utilizing a built in amplifier. The device supports 480p, 720p, 1080i, and 1080p HD video resolution for A/V devices, and resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 for computers. The product allows these resolutions to be displayed simultaneously on four monitors, distributing beautiful, sharp images from your HDTV cable or satellite receiver, Blu-ray player, or computer in multiple locations at the same time. The distribution amplifier offers solutions for home theater, audio video (A/V) installation, data center, information distribution, conference room presentation, school and corporate training environments. It can also be placed at the end of a long HDMI cable to regenerate an HDMI signal. Inside the 1-Source, 4-Zone HDMI Splitter is a bank of dip switches. These dip switches can be adjusted for advanced functionality; by default, all switches are set to the "Off" position. The following is a list of these settings by Dip Switch #, Name, Description:
