Essential Info
The interference from a wall mount TV can wreak havoc with your IR control system. Xantech designed this Universal Hidden Link IR Receiver to resist the interference from plasma, LCD and LED TVs, as well as fluorescent and compact fluorescent lighting (CFL), and sunlight - so you can mount this receiver in any room with confidence. The Hidden Link IR Receiver is a small shelf-top infrared repeater assembly. The package includes an IR receiver and a CB12 Connecting Block. The Hidden Link IR Receiver is equipped with a 7-foot cable and a 3.5mm stereo mini plug, which is plugged directly into the "IR RCVR" jack on the CB12. The high sensitivity of this receiver allows it to receive IR commands up to 80 feet away. This Xantech Dinky Link IR receiver includes a 'talkback' LED so you'll know the command was received and sent to the emitter. The use of this Hidden Link receiver along with the related connecting block, power supply and emitters will leave you with the clean lines of your entertainment center without looking at unsightly stacks of equipment and cables; enabling you to continue using your existing IR with the confidence it will communicate with your AV equipment behind doors and walls. Also available in silver and white. Please note: Power supply and emitters are sold separately - or they can all be purchased together with this receiver and connecting block as a kit.
