Couldn't be happier with the product or customer service.
OSCAR -- sao paulo, Brazil   6/3/2013
Working perfectly, very tiny and light. Easy to install. I plugged its power cable/USB on my router's USB port and worked!
    NZ134326 -- portland, OR   5/29/2013
Documentation not the best, it was stated that the blaster works on port 3, but it took a while to work out that I had connect to it's web server to enable blaster on port 3. Works great now.
    OSCAR SANGUINO/ -- tomball, TX   4/30/2013
Got it to control a Full House HDMI Matrix distribution with iRule, Still a working project, but so far this has been flawless. It is the customization that takes a while, and the more options you have, the more you want to do!
    AARON -- streetsboro, OH   3/30/2013
Very powerful for development of custom applications. API well-documented.

    TIM -- friendswood, TX   2/3/2013
Used the IP2IR with an iPad/iPhone app called Roomie. Works great. Setup was a snap. Just plugged it into my home network, attached the IR remote cables to my TV and other equipment, Roomie found it on the network and I told Roomie what devices were attached to which ports, and it worked great. No problems at all. Its been working for about 1 month.

DATAHAWK SOFTWA -- auckland, XX   1/1/2013
Excellent hardware for technical minded home theater users wanting IR control via networking.
    Brandon -- bedford, Texas   12/30/2012
Works great no problems at all
    JEFF -- halethorpe, MD   12/27/2012
Not a complete and easy soluion. No documentation have to research online if its available. No software included, have to trial and error solutions which adds to an already complex product. Does not work 100% of the time. Cant recommend repeat buy or install. Honestly More of a hobby device then a real working envir. solution. If you have extra cash and can live with a 50-50 chance of this product working and are extreamly technical, this may be the product for you. For most consumers who always blink 1200 or can't prgram their VCR - this is just junk.
    JOHN -- camberwell, Australia   12/27/2012
Great product but disappointing that that Smarthome hasn't the gumption to realise that people outside the USA use different power supply Voltages and GPO pinouts. The iTach product is designed to accommodate same but Smarthome seems happy to limit its sales to just the USA by supplying USA only PSUs. Such a parochial view in a world market will ultimately limit the company's sales.
    MICHAEL J -- queen creek, AZ   12/15/2012
    Shipped fast. Great seller.
    MARK -- syracuse, NY   11/18/2012
If you are into hame automation why limit yourself to lights and electrical? If your looking to control AV equipment, this item is the perfect answer. Since I already had an ethernet switch at the AV source, this made complete sense. I use Roomie Remote on the iPad to complete the installation. Works like a dream.
    KAREL -- duchcov, XX   10/8/2012
Very useful device for controlling your TV, stereo, etc. Your mobile phone can replace the original infrared remote controls.
    ROBERT -- montebello, NY   9/30/2012
Even the best universal remote can’t compare to the this little box. Getting this connected to your home network is very easy, and making page iPhone layouts was easy too once you understand the fundamentals so be patient and don’t try doing this in a rush. Watch the iRule tutorial videos on their web site…I did and connected my Sony TV, Apple TV and FIOS cable box in 2 hours.
DIEGO -- buenos aires, Argentina   7/30/2012
    It is a Great device
