When testing this product I found it to be very well constructed and incredibly durable. You can literally install it in a matter of seconds. Personally, I feel this is a perfect product for surfers and ocean swimmers because you never have to worry about having to either hide your key or lose your key. I found this to be a much better solution than the magnetic key boxes that can be stored anywhere underneath your vehicle's body.

Dust CoverThe dust cover provides additional protection from everyday wear and tear as well as the elements. The dust cover also provides additional security by concealing and protecting the number dials located on the unit itself.
Easy to InstallThe Hitchsafe comes with everything you need to install it into your existing trailer receiver. It comes with two bolt retaining bars that slide and lock the safe into place, firmly in your standard 2-inch trailer hitch. Simply slide into place and insert the pins and you're done.
Durable and Well DesignedThe Hitchsafe is durable and very well designed. It's made of solid metal that's built to last for years and years. Additional retaining pins are available if they need to be replaced, or if you lose them.
Note: The 2005-2007 Toyota Tacoma and the 2007 Tundra OEM hitch receivers require optional longer pins (sold separately). The Hitchsafe fits all other makes and models, including RVs, and all OEM aftermarket hitch receivers.
