If your all having problems setting this device up the problem is not the device its you! I have had this remote control for about 4 years and it been fantastic, and there is no need to keep setting it up when the charge runs down because it holds the memory perfectly. Highly recommended product, one of the better gadgets I have bought over the years. I would like to know if a more updated version is being made to operate more recent things like Blu-ray players etc.

I own two of these and they are fantastic, I USED to think like Heather, that they need to be reset if they run out of juice, the reality is, all you have to do is wind it up and it remembers the codes entered into it.

Does not yet control PIP or INPUT for RCA HDTV also has issue operating DVD controls for APEX... other then this it works great.
