The Clover Electronics VHG05 Electric Door Release Lock is used with the Clover Electronics VDP1300 and VDP1500 (each sold separately) to unlock a door through the intercom. When the user wishes to permit entry to someone at the door, they just need to press and hold the door release button. The Electric Door Release Lock is easily installed on a door with no need to cut holes in the door or frame.
