Interface with your 8-Zone Expandable Hardwired/Wireless Security System quickly and easily with one or more Intuitive Designer Keypads. These sleek, compact and attractive keypads mount on any wall and visually display the status of your security system on their backlit LCD screens. These keypads, which are wired back to the panel via a four-wire bus, provide easy push-button access to the system's features through their large soft-touch backlit keys. They also offer built-in fingertip reference charts and three programmable panic keys designed to summon fire personnel, police or medical help. The 2-Line 32-Character LCD Keypad has a dual-line 32-character menu-driven alphanumeric screen designed to display automatic system usage instructions and long zone descriptions.

The keypads are housed in a soft white case designed to complement every home's décor, and display the signal strength of each wireless transmitter using a scale of 1-10, quantifying actual signal strength for greater confidence of transmission reliability. The keypads feature smart "filtered" keypad readout for optimal user friendliness and intuitive use, and allow zone names to be assigned by the installer. Other features include the ability to display messages (i.e. open zones), hide features that are not available and automatically log occurrences of insufficient transmitter strength.
The unit also offers a built-in 4-zone expansion module for the system control panel. Altogether, the Expandable Hardwired/Wireless Security System supports up to 15 keypads.
