You don't want to take chances when it comes to your loved ones' safety. That's why it's important that they get emergency help when it's needed most, a task made easy with the 3-Input Telemergency, an automatic dialer that calls up to five emergency contact numbers and plays a custom voice message when they press the button on the wireless pendant, or press one of the clearly-marked PARAMEDIC, POLICE or FIRE DEPARTMENT buttons on the base unit. But unlike the standard Telemergency, this 3-input version can also dial emergency contact numbers when optional sensors detect leaking water or unauthorized entry. The base unit is powered by the included AC adapter, but a 9V battery (sold separately) is required to maintain operation in the event of a power outage .

The 3-Input Telemergency is incredibly easy to hook up, requiring a one-time set-up that takes about 20 minutes. To activate the phone dialer system, all your loved ones have to do is press a button on the wireless pendant or the base unit. Special tones confirm that the unit is dialing for help. A "stop" button is also provided in the event of an accidental press. If you use any of the optional temperature, water leak or entry detectors, the system will dial out when any of them detect an alert condition.
Please note that auto dialing 911 may not be legal in your city or state. Contact the local authorities to verify.
Speak With the Person That Needs Help
Unlike generic emergency dialers, this one allows you to record customized messages in your own voice. Example: "This is a medical emergency. My name is John Doe, I live at 16542 Millikan St. in Irvine, California. I have a heart condition. Please come at once." If you're on the receiving end of the distress phone call, you can activate the base unit's speakerphone function, allowing you to hear what's going on in the home, or speak with the person needing assistance directly.
No Monthly Fees Required
Unlike other solutions that require monitoring by a central station, this unit is totally self-supporting. You won't have to pay any monthly fees, apart from the home or apartment's existing phone service. No second phone line is required.
Expand With Up to Two Other Pendants or Sensors
The 3-Input Telemergency can be expanded with up to two additional wireless sensors or pendants. Available units include:
- Water Alert Module — Set this wireless module on the floor, and it will activate the base unit's auto dial feature when leaking water is detected (i.e. if someone leaves the shower or bathtub running).
- Entry Alert Sensor Module — Attach these magnetic contacts to doors, windows, china cabinets, gun cabinets, or anything with a hinge. If the magnetic sensors separate without disarming it first, they'll prompt the base unit to activate its auto dial feature.
- Extra Emergency Pendant — Need more than one pendant per system? Expanding is easy with this add-on emergency pendant. These pendants are hard-coded to trigger this new version of the Telemergency Dialer. If you have an older unit and are just looking to replace a pendant or add a second pendant, use these pendants instead.
Range for these wireless transmitters is approximately 140 feet from the base (may be longer or shorter, depending on home construction and/or layout).
The 3-Input Telemergency includes the base unit, one wireless pendant with battery, AC adapter and phone cord. Although the base unit is powered by the included AC adapter, a 9V battery is required to maintain operation in the event of a power outage (9V battery sold separately). The system also comes with pre-printed post cards that you can send to the emergency contacts explaining what the Telemergency is and how to activate the speakerphone feature. Just fill in the address, add a stamp and drop them in the mail.
Note: The Pendants are NOT water resistant and should not be worn in the shower or bath. For peace of mind, you may wish to purchase an extra pendant to seal in a zip top plastic bag and keep near the shower/bathtub for use in the event of a slip or fall.
