Essential Info
Now you can clearly read license plate numbers instead of merely identifying a car as a silver sedan. You have a surveillance system so you can identify and help apprehend someone who causes harm to you or your property, but what good is it if the perpetrator is just a blob on your security footage? Having images in full 1080p allows you to see details otherwise not visible with lesser cameras. This CNB dome camera can be mounted indoors at any location you need to monitor with very clear images. Place it with a view of your front door or any other likely point of entry, or looking out a window to monitor your parking area. Plug the camera into your network and view its video stream via any internet browser; the H.264 and MJPEG compression conserves your bandwidth and storage space on your DVR. Takes clear color video down to only 1 lux, B&W to only 0.05 lux (DSS on). If desired, you may connect to an external microphone and speaker so you may listen in on activity or talk to people within the camera's field of view. Use the alarm triggers to activate the camera upon an alarm event, or to activate other devices when the camera senses motion; the motion detection can be set precisely to the image area of concern. The camera's connection options allow for the utmost in installation flexibility: video feed from BNC cable or Ethernet connection, alarm input and output, audio input and output, and Power over Ethernet (PoE) or 12VDC. WARNING: Do not plug in both PoE and 12VDC power simultaneously. Doing so will damage the camera, voiding its warranty. There are power, CPU, and event internal LEDs (not visible when dome cover is installed) to assist you at installation.
