The GS2065 GSM/GPRS Wireless Alarm Communicator provides a flexible solution for both residential and commercial environments. Once connected to the Alexor Wireless Panel, alarm reporting paths can be combined through the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) if so desired, plus the GSM/GPRS channels. It conveniently utilizes the GPRS data channel of the GSM network as back-up to ensure high speed, reliable and secure alarm communications. With the GSM/GPRS backup feature, any concerns about the possibility of phone line disruption is removed.
