The Calrad Electronics plastic single gang hood is designed for post or retrofit cable installations as well as for cables with large connectors. This retrofit plate is reversible so you can have the hood inside or outside of the wall to suit a variety of needs. The Single Gang Wall Plate is designed to work with the Calrad Stainless Steel EZ Mount Plate, sold separately.

Ensure a professional look and finish to any low-voltage cable installation using this Single Gang Recessed Wall Plate to keep those unsightly cables from hanging in plain sight. This plate mounts flush to your wall, with a recessed opening that sends a/v cables, data lines and phone lines inside the wall and out of sight. Once inside your wall the cables can be run to your entertainment cabinet, entertainment center, equipment rack/closet, computer or other location that will complete the connection. Using this wall plate will make for an easy, clean way to access cables and finish the connection and installation.
