Keep your home theater equipment hidden and out of the way without compromising its operation or integrity. This kit allows you to send IR (infrared) signals from a standard IR remote to other devices over a single coax cable. Whether your equipment is out of sight behind solid, wooden doors or walls, you can be sure they will receive the desired commands. Your IR remote sends a signal to the surface mount receiver, which passes it to the coupler. The coupler then forwards that signal up to 300 feet over a coax cable (sold separately) to the injector. When the injector receives the signal it will forward the command to the IR emitters to control the components. Communications are sent and received in a split second, so you won't experience any delay when you add this injector/coupler to your existing system.
