Essential Info
Whether you need to connect a TV to a remote audio/video (A/V) source or bring a surveillance signal to a monitor or DVR, baluns provide the means of sending audio and video over long distances. This fixture allows you to wall mount a compatible MuxLab square balun into a standard gang J-box and a Decora-style wall plate for a professional finish. A single balun can be mounted inside the fixture that features a one-piece design with spring clips that will securely hold the balun in place. A balun may be installed with the RJ-45 port either front or rear facing depending on where the Cat5 cabling will enter or exit the system. The one-piece design makes the product easy to install anywhere and there are no parts to lose or replace. Put a clean, finishing touch on your cable connections for any custom A/V or surveillance system by mounting your balun in this fixture.
