The Calrad Electronics 35-703 DVI-D Adapter can be used to connect a Digital DVI-D signal to a Digital Flat Panel display or any device with a DFP connection. High-performance connection between PCs and flat panel displays, digital CRT displays, projectors, and HDTV. This DVI-D Female to DFP Male adapter readjust the gender of DVI-D and provides transition from DVI to DFP while allowing the actual size for these adapters to be very useful in dealing with difficult interconnection problems. You can connect your legacy DFP Monitor to a new DVI video card or use to connect newer monitors to your Xpert LCD or Rage LT video cards. These fully molded adapters provide transition from DVI to DFP interfaces. What is DFP? Digital Flat Panel (DFP) is a video connector for flat panel displays, it features 20 pins and uses the PanelLink protocol.
