Wire nuts come in handy for J-box installations, but wires can pull out accidentally, leaving you without a secure connection. Installation is simple. Strip 7/16" to 1/2" and insert into a wire connector. To remove solid wire, just pull and twist. If the wire is stranded, cut the wire, discard the connector and restrip the wire to insert it into a new connector.
These 2-Conductor Wall Nuts are for non-grounding terminations only. Two-conductor wire connectors are also available for grounding terminations. Four-conductor, six-conductor, and eight-conductor wall nuts are also available.
