Not great if you have another monitor. You get feed back and static on this monitor.

Works as expected. No problems with this product once I was shipped one that worked, which took two attempts.

Returned this because of excessive interference on the 2.4Ghz band.

Monitor image is filled with static and almost indeciperhable anywhere except right in the room I'm monitoring -- even from the room next to it. 300 feet line of sight says nothing about inside a house, in which the whole point is that you are not in line of sight. Also, video static is audio static, so you cannot use the audio unless you want to hear constant crackling. Device is basically useless. Cause of interference is not computer or wireless phone. However, whatever the cause is, it is probably in every other home, so my question is, why sell a device which basically doesn't work? For the price, surely it is not an impossible technical problem. Note this device is not really portable, as batteries last only 1 hr. On the upside Smarthome delivery was fast, and their return policy is reasonable.

Excellent product; superior clarity and range; only one I've found that automatically scans between cameras, which is a must if you are monitoring more than one child. Other models require you to manually change channels, which is impossible while sleeping! Be aware, however, that this is the same frequency as wireless internet connections.

This was given as a gift to my son and his wife. They had problems with interference and got a blurred vision. The child being monitored is on many life-support systems. They called your technical support and, through trial and error, they located the cause of the disturbance. It was their telephone lines. They upgraded their telephones to a 5g (I'm not sure of the technical terminology) and they tell me that they now have a clear vision on the monitor. They have a severally disabled child who is bed-bound and on a ventilator and when there are no nurses, they have to monitor her constantly. Hopefully the gift I gave them will assist them in the care of my grandchild.
