With the In-Wall Coaxial Cable Splitter there are no splitter and connector cable to hide; the splitter is in the insert. And because the splitter is in the insert, no connector cable is even needed. Cable modems and TVs can connect directly to the wall, which means fewer connections and great signal strength. A typical application will allow you to turn a regular cable connection into a double connection - one for a cable modem and one for TV. Instead of using your existing cable connection from your wall and a splitter, you can use this one device to do both. Each F-connector holds a gold-plated connector pin with beryllium copper core. This assures the best connection possible between splitter and your coax cable. It uses less plastic and less packaging, so it's also the choice of the environmentally concerned consumer.
