The MuxLab 500002 RGB Balun allows one full component video (YPbPr or RGB) channel to be transmitted via cost-effective unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable in the commercial AV environment. Used in pairs, this RGB video balun supports 480i/p, 720p and 1080i/p resolution for professional hi-definition (HDTV) video applications. The product allows three BNC coaxial cables to be replaced by one Cat5e/6 twisted pair cable allowing standard structured cabling techniques to be used for more efficient cabling. The product comes with three 10" BNC coax jumper cables for ease of installation. Great for production studios, command centers, control rooms, multimedia rooms, communication centers, pro camcorders, AV podiums, classroom video, boardroom systems, and more!
