Looking for a quick, cost-effective way of connecting component/composite video devices over distances up to 1,000 feet? Setting it up is easy with VideoEase™ Component/Composite Video Balun that allow you to send a single component/composite video signal (Y, Pb or Pr) over cost-effective unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) cable. This will allow you to replace three coaxial cables with one Cat. 5 twisted-pair cable, allowing standard structured cabling techniques to be used for neater and more streamlined cabling. NOTE: Three (3) balun pairs are required for one complete component/composite (Y,Pb,Pr) video connection. Units are sold individually.

If you have an existing home network, you may already have some unused runs of Cat. 5 already in place, which will save the time and expense of running new cable.
The Component/Composite Video Balun is compact enough to allow three (3) units to be connected side by side on the back of the component video equipment. Connectors are gold plated and are designed to minimize cable strain. Lifetime manufacturer's warranty.
