You have a quality product which suits my need exteremly well. My previous experience with Smarthome was positive. But I had to do this particular order twice because the first one apparently got cancelled with no notification to me. There was not sufficent stock which was fine. I felt like I had to pull teeth to get this order processed. The price was a little bit lower than a competitor which is the only reason I completed the order the second time. If every dollar did not count, you would not have received my business the second time.
