Designed primarily for use with 18" x 24" or 18" x 20" elliptical satellite dishes with two or three dual LNBs, this MultiSwitch is ideal for distributing signals from all three DIRECTV satellites, including the 225 base channels, local channels for qualified subscribers, DIRECTV HDTV programming and DIRECTV PARA TODOS™ Spanish-language packages.
But don't think this MultiSwitch only distributes signals! It also amplifies them, ensuring you'll get clear pictures at each receiver, even over long cable runs! It does all this using existing power from the receivers, although an additional power input is provided for extraordinary circumstances where that power may not be sufficient.
The MultiSwitch is equipped with five inputs: four LNB inputs (two for each LNB on your dish) and another for the antenna or cable input. And because it can combine the cable or antenna signals with those from the satellite dish, you'll be able to receive local and satellite channels over a single run of coaxial cable, making installation a breeze!
