View HD video and digital and analog sound from up to six sources on any television in the house without purchasing multiple components. The DVI/Component Video Routing System uses cat. 5 cable to distribute six HD sources, including cable boxes, DVD players, digital video recorders, and satellite receivers, to remote wall plate locations up to 1000 feet away in addition to a direct connection to a local display. This expandable system comes with six wall plates; additional wall plates are sold separately. Connect up to 36! This system features both DVI and component video source connections; if your televisions don't have DVI capabilities, you can use the Component Video Routing System instead. Watch Multiple Video Configurations Without Switching ManuallyThe DVI/Component Video Routing System's local DVI output provides native DVI video up to 1080p (or HDMI with an adapter, sold separately) and offers converted component video content from the analog component video inputs. This feature allows component video and DVI sources to be seamlessly integrated, so that you never need to switch inputs on your TV. Control using the included learning remote or operate via RS-232 commands from a third-party remote control system. You can even select a source using an IR remote in one of the wall plate rooms if you install an IR receiver (sold separately).
