It's no longer necessary to have a satellite receiver in place prior to installing the dish antenna. With its rechargeable nickel cadmium battery pack with switchable output, the Pro Dual Satellite Meter can measure output voltage and the necessary 22 kHz tone presence. LNB voltage and current measurement is also provided.
In addition the Pro Dual Satellite Meter features an internal 22 kHz generator that allows "alternate satellite" selection on certain types of systems with an integrated LNB/multiswitch.
