This is the first time I bought from your site. I am very impressed with the speed in which I received the order and the the product in general. I was able to set my dish, and now I have a stronger signal than when it was originally installed.

This finder did not work out of the box. I was told to put a 20 foot length of RG 59U on it to provide resistance. To get that RG59 would have meant a 25 mile skiff ride in rough seas, then a 20 mile drive and a wait till Monday morning - if I could find anyone still selling it in Ketchikan Alaska. Then a 25 mile skiff ride back to the site. When I order the finder I asked your order clerk for the best avaiable model which had a history of the least problems. Obviously the clerk was possibly not cognizant of the actual facts. I have since returned this finder, and at that time asked if you had a recommendation for a better one. That clerk had to transfer me to a sales clerk and your circular phone system went in a circle not connecting me to anyone. I spent far too much time trying to make this equipment work, when in fact it was poor equipment that for some reason wasn't going to work. I have returned it, and hopefully have received credit on my credit card; I have not checked as yet. Joe Ashcraft
