The VGA to TV Converter is PC-compatible with a 286 or faster processor and a VGA display card or CRT port. Unlike other VGA converters, which only support the most basic VGA mode (640x480@60Hz), this unit supports 640x480@60/72/75/85Hz, 800x600@56/60/72/75Hz, and 1024x768@60Hz display modes. The converter plugs into any NTSC or PAL television or video projector with composite video or the higher quality S-video (S-VHS) inputs. To use on a television without a composite input, simply use a channel 3/4 modulator.

Because the converter is powered by the PC's keyboard port, no external AC adapter is needed (or possibly lost if you travel). You don't need to worry about voltage or frequency, so you can use it anywhere in the world! Best of all, the converter requires no additional drivers or software, so your computer has one less reason to lock up and crash! The VGA to TV Converter includes a composite video cable, an S-video cable, a VGA pass-through cable (so that your existing computer monitor will continue to work normally without swapping cables), and keyboard power adapters for a standard desktop or a laptop.

We are using this product for our church youth program. They use a couple of monitors along with a projector. This product has helped them in this area. The only thing that we did not know is that it needed a seperate power source since the converter is used at a distance of over 100 ft. from the laptop set up in the back of the church.
