Remote-Access Surveillance Camera Adds Immeasurable Security
The 30-User Internet Pan/Tilt Color Camera connects directly to your local area network; no PC is required on the monitored premises in order to check on your office or business when you're at home or out of town. Up to 30 remote viewers can connect simultaneously using password-protected user accounts, so you won't need to worry about your access being pre-empted. The color camera's built-in motion detection feature can be programmed to send event images via e-mail or FTP, so you'll know the instant an event occurs on your property. An event log records activity automatically for monitoring reference.

@Guy from Superior, MT -- It says 3x digital zoom. If anyone did their research they would know that digital zoom stretched an image therefore pixelating it and optical is a real zoom. The description is correct.

After a had purchased this item I read a number of complaints on the internet that this camera was hard to set up. I found this to be the case and would not recommend it to the ordinary user, or even to those who think they understand networking. However once the camera was set up and working I found it to be quite functional as far as viewing. The zoom is not a real zoom, and should not be advertised as a zoom. However the pan and tilt worked fine. The automated light compensation also worked well. I have not had a chance to test the other features as I do not have an immediate need for them.

Within the time period that I was still setting up the camera mount, it stopped responding. I thought a rattle inside was the result of forcing the pan rotation when it got stuck, so I chalked it up to my own mistake and ordered a replacement. The replacement also stopped responding before mI could finish installing it. Now they're both just expensive paperweights.

Product works well; product manual not easy to follow and needs better editing for grammar and spelling errors.
