The SECO-LARM DRA-BAQ Alarm Input Board for DR-100 Series DVRs can be wired for the DVR to trigger an "event", so that if someone opens a door, for instance, the DVR will record it. It could also be wired so that the DVR would both record the event and trigger an alarm. The alarm input board features many screw terminals where the installer can insert wiring, rather than soldering to the pins on the back of the included adapter, to connect to an alarm panel, alarm input, or alarm output, and other RS-485 devices.
