Having a surveillance camera in or around your home or business can be an enormous benefit. This outdoor color camera with external focus is the perfect bullet-style camera that easily connects to your DVR, TV or VCR, allowing you to view or record any activity around your property. With 480 TV lines of resolution and a 1/3 Sony Super HAD CCD lens, this camera puts out an amazing image. This camera comes standard with a female BNC connector, so if your TV, VCR or DVR does not support BNC, you will need to purchase a cable with an adapter to make the connection possible. Hands-On Research:When testing this camera, I found out this is like no other camera on the market. It is so well designed you'll be amazed at the quality for the price. My favorite thing about this camera is the mounting bracket that conceals the cable for a completely secure setup that helps prevent vandalism and makes it very difficult for someone to cut your cable.

External Adjustment for Focus and ZoomThis perfectly designed camera gives you the ability to change the focus externally after you've completed your installation. This is made possible with the two external varifocal adjustment rings. The built-in f=4-9mm varifocal lens gives you the ability to change the magnification of a scene. The most beneficial thing about this feature is the fact that once the camera is installed, you can change your viewing distances without having to take down and apart the unit itself.
Concealed Cable Mounting BracketWith this new cable mounting bracket design, you have the opportunity to conceal your cables by running them through the durable aluminum housing. This ensures your complete protection of your wired setup. The housing protects your camera cables from the elements and almost guarantees that your wires cannot be cut by a vandal or a potential professional burglar. You can also mount the unit on a wall or a ceiling with the same included concealed cable mounting bracket.
Day/Night CapabilityThis camera does not come equipped with infrared lights and it is not considered to be a camera with night vision. However, with the Sony Super HAD chip set, this camera does provide a high-quality picture with very low light, as low as 0.03 Lux. The camera does not completely switch to black and white during low-light situations, but the color does change and is not as clear as in well-lit conditions.
