Installed this for a customer to send DISH box output (AV) to a cabin 500' away along with cable channels, but channels had dot type interference on picture - the inserted channel wasn't too bad, but customer elected to use only cable channels (very clear and clean without modulator) and not the DISH option. Waiting for next opportunity to try the modulator again.

Filter performed as advertized. Simple to install. No complaints

I have being using the 7717 (MULTI-ROOM VIDEO DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM W. MODULATORS), for the last 6 years more or less when it came to the market, I did not purchase it from Smarthome, but I am very happy Smarthome brought this product into their extraordinary and professional catalog, because now I can buy a second one and recommend my friends where to purchase it, I have to say is a extraordinary product, is a life guarantee product, does not ever burn (I have it working on very high temperatures) in today’s life is a must; I have all my color CCTV through it, all my children’s and my wife can see the different cameras all over the house and on vacations I connect the big dish to one of the channels when necessary. The 7717 has two (2) A/V inputs, all though has a antenna input which will give you three (3) inputs for the price of one...!! Extraordinary and great product...!!!

Works perfectly. I have it feeding TIVO, DVD, VCR and DirecTV to every TV in the house (4) from one central A/V rack, that I also bought from Smarthome.
