Essential Info

The affordable Channel Vision Stereo Modulator modulates the signal from satellite, VCRs, DVDs, and security cameras to a channel that you select. Connect your television to the modulator's outputs, and you can tune-in to your new channel to watch your program. It also gives you the ability to combine the video signal with an RF signal such as an antenna or cable for local programming. Now you can watch from your video source or your regular channels on the same TV. Unlike most video devices, the stereo modulator always outputs true stereo sound (instead of mono), and even preserves surround-sound information—so your movies or programs sound better. You can even set up the modulator to pipe music to any room on your TV network. And, it's built-in memory means that the Channel Vision Stereo Modulator will always stay on the same channel—even after a power outage. Coax cables and RCA audio/video cable sold separately.

The Channel Vision Stereo Modulator takes the signals from one audio/video input for modulation to the channel of your choice. The included two-way splitter/combiner lets you attach an outside RF signal (off-air antenna or cable) and combine it with the video signal. The stereo modulator outputs true MTS stereo sound and decodes surround-sound information for better sound quality. The Channel Vision Stereo Modulator features an attenuator that allows you to adjust the signal up to 35dBmV, providing signal output powerful enough for long cable runs or multiway splitters. The stereo modulator also has dip-switch settings that let you easily select the TV frequency to modulate to (UHF: channels 14-78; Ultra: 59-135). It even includes built-in stereo output loop connections and an external 75-ohm/1K-ohm switch for loop-through stereo audio. The stereo modulator also features adjustable video levels on the bottom of the base unit. And its PLL crystal controlled oscillator circuitry, push button channel selector, and three-digit LED display make setup quick and easy.
