The first power supply I received was bad, but they quickly sent me a replacement. The install/setup is easy and it works perfectly.

This was the fifth and sixth unit that I have purchased. If they were any better they would install themselves in the equipment enclosure. I have also discovered that in some instances they will reside adjacent to a local channel instead of requiring a channel separation. Not recommended but it did simplify one of my installations.

This works great, you should add to the web description that it can not program several channels... 99,100,101.. I researched this it is mentioned on other web sites that sell the SAME item. ( and the FCC restricted those channels).... you could also note that if you buy 2 that you may need to seperate channels by at least one channel.... ie if you use 78 skip 79 and use 80.... the dual+ units will allow 'close' channels much better.... I have a friend who professinally installs eqipment like what you sell, he was impressed by this unit and its price and will probably be ordering them thru you. (if price stays comparable). I first ordered two thru his regular supplier and it took almost 4 weeks for delivery so I ordered one thru you it I think it arrived in 3 days! for about $3.00 more, if he needs somethins 'quickly' I think he will use you.
