Not worth the boxes they were shipped in. I bought 2 sets. The transmitter and receiver are the same units. You are instructed to hook up your camera to one unit and recording computer or monitor to the other unit. Plug in the power boxes, turn each unit on. There is a red button to push on each unit to pair them. I tried pairing them across a room, direct line of site, and several feet away from eachother. The lights flashed as they were apparently supposed to do, but no signal. I tried the second set of transmitter and receiver, the led light remained on on one and wouldn't respond to the pressed button, I swapped units from each set. No signal. After an hour or so of moving units around, swapping cables, checking antennas and power supplies, I did get a set to pair up. The picture was wavey which means your recording software will always be on. I couln't get a 300 foot line of site signal at all. Smarthome doesn't accept this product for returns, you have to deal with the manufacturer.
