The first Monitor arrived with the on/off button broken. The replacement is working well and appears truly interference free. We've tried a number of other video monitors and most are encumbered by some degree of video noise or static. The sensitivity to sound could be improved but the picture is great. The best part is my experience with Smarthome Customer service. You guys really know how to keep a customer happy and that is what will bring me back to Smarthome in the near future.
