Do you want to keep an eye on a outdoors area? This camera is weatherproof and has 23 built-in IR illuminator LEDs for a 30-meter range in full darkness. It's small, only 7.7" long, is resistant to tampering; humidity, dust, and temperature fluctuations; and is suitable for indoor and outdoor installations (water resistant, not waterproof). The mounting bracket has an internal cable-management passage to enhance the temper resistance and protect the cables from the weather. This is a network camera, sending its video signal through a standard RJ45 connector, and can be powered via the same Ethernet cable, with 24VAC, or with a 12VDC power supply. There's a Micro SD card slot that stores images locally. The 2-megapixel camera has 1920 x 1080 resolution at 15 fps or 1280 x 720 at 30 fps, and has a 16x digital zoom capability.

This network camera is intended to be operated in a network with a switch or router and a network recorder. For Power over Ethernet (PoE), either your recorder or switch will have to provide power, or you'll need a power injector. Otherwise, you'll need a 24VAC or 12VDC power supply.
