Essential Info
It would be nice to know who or what is making that noise outside without actually going out to look. The Swann PRO-580 Indoor/Outdoor camera is perfect for surveillance duties of a barn, warehouse, garage, or outside up to 65' away. It is cased in a rugged aluminum housing for survival outdoors, and it has 12 infrared LEDs to illuminate the scene in total darkness without the subjects detecting any visible light. The camera gives high-quality images at 480 TV lines resolution. The image automatically switches from color to B&W when the ambient light dims. The mounting bracket has provisions for internal cable management so it is protected from vandals.
Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) allows clear video even when subjects are lit from behind. This gives you clear images even in the toughest lighting conditions: when the subject is relatively dark and surrounded by bright light. Usually a backlit subject will show as a dark blob or the details in the background are completely washed out. With Wide Dynamic Range these problems are eliminated - you will see high-resolution images with clear details of both the subject and the bright background.
