I purchased two of these for a recent trip to Europe. One of them didn't work properly from the beginning - the plug adaptor didn't fit the plug properly. The second one worked for about two weeks of light usage before it failed, making a shorting sound and leaving black marks on the plug (this was not caused by the socket since the hotel's adapter worked fine in the same socket. No need to say that I am not impressed with low level of quality I have experienced with this product - very disappointing.

The info on the countries covered by the adapter was not sufficient, so I had asked if you could get more info for me from the instructions. The operator was helpful, but it took over 2 weeks for him to get the info to me. I had already purchased the item by then, but I do appreciate the follow-up, albeit it could have been a bit sooner. It's a great product. So much so that I've told about five other folks who have purchased the same unit from you. :-)
