    Excellent little camera.

Both cameras work fine. Run much cooler than the first one I bought from you around a year ago. Had to put a fan on that one, it still works fine. I have mentioned your company to several people who I thought would be interested.

The initial camera was ordered with the recommended 7573PS9 9V power supply. It appeared to be DOA as it would not output a video signal. This unit was returned under RMA and replaced with another camera. There was no problem with the return and the new unit was shipped quickly. The new unit also exhibited the same condition (no video out). This time, I refused to believe it was a problem with the unit. Some time spent with a voltmeter and a microscope to read the information on the board camera components and I realized the problem: The camera actually needs 12V DC rather than 9V. Hooked up a Radio Shack 12V DC regulated supply and the picture was perfect. If you're getting lots of returns on these units, this might be something to check. Regards, Rich
