By installing an LED keypad at an entry spot, you'll be able to see information about your Professional 8 - 32 Zone Security System with X10 & Intercom's status at a glance. The Professional 8 - 32 Zone Security System with X10 & Intercom consists of the Power 8 Zone Security Panel and Cabinet, the Power 8-32-Zone Alphanumeric LCD Keypad, a 12V Backup Battery, a 16VAC 40VA Power Supply, and the 30-Watt Weatherproof Siren, all required and sold separately. Door/window contacts, PIR motion sensors, and additional accessories are also sold separately.

The 32-Zone LED keypad provides easy-to-understand information about the status of your security system by lighting words corresponding to important functions on the LED display. The keypad's sounding device provides audible feedback each time a key is pressed. With unique audible sequences, it signals troubles and the correct or incorrect entry of information. While the keypad can be used to send commands to the system, it is recommended that you use the LCD Keypad for programming. Use the keypad to arm or disarm the system, activate or deactivate the chime that sounds when a door is opened, or test the system.

The 32-Zone LED Keypad will display information on the first 32 zones in your system. Depending on the number of 8-Zone Hardwired Expansion Modules (sold separately) installed, you may prefer to purchase a keypad that features eight zones or 16 zones (both sold separately).
