Add up to four Communicating Thermostats to your home for separate control of multiple zones. The Communicating Thermostat works with conventional heating and cooling systems with up to two heat stages and up to two cooling stages. This device is not compatible with heat pump systems.
The thermostat's vertical LCD normally displays room temperature and status of operation. The six buttons on the front of the unit allow complete control of the thermostat. Specify different heating and cooling set points, and change them easily by pushing a button. You can also set different temperatures for day and night operation. Settings are stored in non-volatile memory, so no battery is required to maintain the temperature set points in the case of a power loss, regardless of duration.
A direct wire, easy-to-install backplate mounts on a standard vertical outlet box or any drywall surface using anchors and hardware provided. Connect indoor and outdoor remote temperature sensors to your thermostat to display the current outdoor temperature.
