Essential Info

This versatile unit warns you when the mail has arrived, a door is being opened, if your truck is being tampered with, etc. Simply mount the battery-powered sensor to the item you want to monitor. Plug the receiver into a convenient wall receptacle. When the sensor is moved the base unit chimes and the LED lights up. LED remains lit until reset is pressed. This unit has a smaller transmitter than the Motion Alert (#7450) for less obtrusive mounting.

Mail Alert is an outstanding product. It works flawlessly and has helped us avoid numerous walks, particularly in inclement weather, to see if our mail has been delivered. Wouldn't be without it. You might consider offering the base unit in black as well as white.

Works great. The advertised range without it was on the money and my distance was about 50 feet further so the long range antenna did the trick and certainly covered my extra distance

Don't know if I needed this or not - I didn't try the regular antenna that came with the Mail Alert. However, this one works fine.
