If you have a Wireless Garage Door Sensor System (sold separately) in place in your home, you're already enjoying the added peace of mind associated with the sure knowledge that your garage door is closed, since this system includes a wireless sensor attached to your garage door and a receiver that can be set up anywhere in your home. But homes with multiple garages can take advantage of this system, too, simply by adding the Extra Garage Sentry Sensor to up to three additional garages on your property up to 150 feet from the receiver.

The Extra Garage Sentry Sensor is powered by 2 lithium batteries, which are included. Simply attach this sensor to the inside of your garage door with the included double-stick tape. The next time your garage door goes up or down, the optical sensor switch inside the sensor will send a radio signal to the Garage Sentry's receiver to update its alert position.
The green LED on the Wireless Garage Sentry's receiver glows anytime the garage door is closed, and the red light flashes when any garage door is open. The receiver also beeps every time there's a change in your garage door status.
