Protect your home or business from unauthorized visitors with the RCI 8340L28 MultiMag® Electromagnetic Lock - Left Hand. This lock mounts on your point of entry and will keep it closed securely with its 1500 lbs of holding force. This lock can be used for many different applications such as a single out-swinging door, single in-swinging door, pairs of out-swinging doors without mullion and pairs of in-swinging doors without mullion. The MultiMag has a unique feature that allows its length to be modified on-site using special endcaps which are included with the lock.

The MultiMag is cULus listed. It leaves no residual magnetism and has a hardened steel armature nut.
It is recommended that the MicroMag be inspected and maintained on a quarterly basis to ensure proper performance. It is important to keep contaminating materials away from the surfaces of the electromagnetic lock and armature plate. You should clean the surfaces periodically with a non-abrasive cleaner.
