Simplify the process with a commercial-grade automatic gate opening system that lets you control your gate from the comfort of your vehicle. Just press the entry transmitter in your car, and the Heavy-Duty Single Gate Opener will open your gate. Once you exit, you can close the gate with another press of the remote, or it will close by itself up to 120 seconds later so you'll never accidentally leave it open. The Heavy-Duty Single Gate Opener is powered by an AC transformer along with an included 12-volt battery backup that powers the gate even during outages. The gate opener is approved for use in Class I, Class II, Class III and Class IV (Respectively: residential, commercial, industrial, and restricted) applications.

Ideal for farm, ranch, or residential applications requiring a single swing gate opener that can operate a gate up to 18 feet long or 850 pounds, the Heavy-Duty Single Gate Opener works on all gates: chain link, tube, panel, ornamental, wood and vinyl. The Heavy-Duty Single Gate Opener is designed for installation on a pull-to-open single-leaf gate (a gate that opens into the property); gates that open out from the property will require an accessory bracket (sold separately).
The Heavy-Duty Single Gate Opener is solar compatible. If the gate will be more than 1000 feet away from an AC power source, you will need to use at least one 5-watt solar panel to trickle-charge the battery.
Numerous additional accessories are available for the Heavy-Duty Single Gate Opener including extra transmitters, a digital keypad, and a gate-opening sensor.
The Heavy-Duty Single Gate Opener features adjustable obstruction sensing. This safety feature makes the gate stop and reverse direction within two seconds when it comes into contact with an obstruction. The Heavy-Duty Single Gate Opener also has an adjustable auto-close feature. After the gate reaches the fully open position, it can be set to remain open up to 120 seconds before automatically closing. Pressing the transmitter button at any time after the gate opens fully will cause it to close immediately.
