    The instructions for electronic hook up are incomplete and confusing. We had to download troubleshooting in order to have the gate lock and unlock properly. Once you have it set up it is essential to the safety and longevity of the gate. UPS delivery pushed the gate open before the lock was installed, possibly damaging the gate armature. With the gate lock no one can push the gate open.
