This solar address light looked good on your site but when I received it and charged for three days I never got to see it lit because it didn't work!! I tried new batteries and it still didn't work. I got a refund of which I had to pay for shipping again (not happy about that because it was defective) but a policy is a policy. If I do it would be with free shipping. I realize I could have got another one exchanged and not had to pay for shipping but why delay the inevitable--the product was defective once and not going to try again!!

The product looks good and works well. The numbers are harder to position than they should be. There should be an easier way to secure them in place. I am still happy with the purchase, and think it is worth what I paid for it.

So far it is doing everything that Smarthome said it would. We are very happy with the light. It could be a little brighter at night.

Few shortcomings, but overall very functional product. Needs > 1 blank film in the packet for anyone with 4 numbers or fewer. Needs better way to stablize the solar panel when mounted on top. I'm finding that birds love to perch on top and that changes the angle and rotation of the solar panel which is not rigidly fixed to the sign.

Looks nice at night. Quality has a lot to be desired. Cheaply made and a pain to put house numbers in and stay there. Not enough black blanks to fill in the none used spaces(1 they gave). Not worth the money spent.

The device is great and the service was even better.
